Boomers Plus: Walk Cooper River Park

ALL ARE WELCOME to join Boomers Plus as we explore a less traveled portion of the Cooper River Park. We will meet at the outdoor Pagoda which is diagonally across the street from the Glen Point Apartments located at 966 North Park Boulevard, Cherry Hill. There is ample street parking for all.

The mile-long ramble along a more intimate portion of the river will reveal a peaceful oasis hidden from the noise and traffic of Route 70. The newly paved asphalt pathway makes this a perfect way to enjoy nature with a stroller, wheelchair or rollator.

• For those with four-legged companions, we will be passing by the newly renovated dog park. You may want to end your walk there and make some new four-legged friends!
• For those more adventurous, bring your skateboard and challenge yourself at the newly opened Skateboard Park, just a few steps away from our meeting spot.
• For others, you may choose to cap our one-hour walk with a snack or drinks at La Scala Birra, which is a short drive at 5300 North Park Drive.
