Who were our Prophets? Why did they arise? What meaning do they have for us today? Where are our modern-day prophets?

May 28: What is traditional prophecy? How do we see the prophets? Why did they arise? What are the political and religious causes?
June 4: The so-called “social justice” prophets: Amos, Hosea, etc.
June 11: The post-exilic prophets, why they were different and our own age. Where are our visionaries and do we need them?

This series is offered at no cost for congregants and $10/session for non-members.
