DESCRIPTION:Friends,\nOur Board of Trustees has unanimously approved revised permanent by-laws for Congregation Kol Ami which will be presented for adoption by the Congregation at our Annual Meeting on May 17, 2023. In anticipation of that vote, we will be holding an Informational Meeting on Wednesday, March 29, 2023 at 7:00 pm. The revised by-laws will be presented and explained, and any questions will be addressed. No vote will be held at this meeting as the purpose of this meeting is informational only. The vote on passage of these by-laws will be held at the annual meeting. This informational meeting will be held in person at the synagogue beginning at 7:00 pm.\nPlease register to attend the meeting.
